Description
We are looking for a Product Assurance Manager for our Budapest office to make our team even stronger. You will ensure product quality during the whole development project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring compliance with ECSS standards
- Conduction of internal QA audits
- Definition of PROJECT / PRODUCT KPIs (Key Performance Indicator)
- Analysis and evaluation of PRODUCT quality related to customer requirements
- Identification of project risks
- Customer communication
- Measurement and presentation of project KPIs
- Collection of lessons learned and feedback
- Support internal process audits
- Participation in customer visits and audits
Requirements
- MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Space Engineer, Project Manager or equivalent
- Advanced level English knowledge
- Experience in working with standards
- At least 2 years of experience in PRODUCT quality of R&D projects
- Knowledge of quality measurement system(s), and KPI(s)
- Openness to relations with international organizations
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues working in different fields

- Experience in software development
- Experience in negotiation with suppliers
- Experience in safety-critical system development
- Knowledge of ECSS space standards ((European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ecss.nl))
- Knowledge of NASA TS Space Standards (NASA Technical Standards System (NTSS))
- Knowledge of AS 9100 / EN 9100 Standards
- Experience in project and/or safety management
- Experience in internal auditing / certified internal auditor
