PRODUCTION &
CLEANROOM ASSEMBLY

Remred Ltd. portfolio contains a series of small space equipment that have successfully been manufactured and assembled to facilitate 150+ space missions. The production cycle includes the first breadboard models and prototyping until flight model manufacturing under ECSS standards and all product assurance activities. Soldering and assembly of the space-product equipment and flight hardware is done in an ISO7 cleanroom to ensure maximized outcome with the highest industry standards.

ENVIRONMENTAL
TESTING

The company is providing thermal, humidity, thermal vacuum and overpressure testing services in an ISO9 clean environmental testing laboratory with temperature and humidity logging at a closed, guarded site with controlled access in accordance with ECSS space industrial standards, including an ESD-safe working environment with ESD-tester stations and residual gas spectrometry and TQCM contamination monitoring.

RADIATION
TESTING

In partnership with Centre for Energy Research, Space Research Department, Remred Space Technologies offers radiation analysis services including radiation environment description for different missions/orbits using SPENVIS, OLTARIS and CREME96 tools. Further radiation transport calculations are made with the GRAS Monte Carlo tool using Geant4 to provide an estimation of TID and LET spectra. Technical support for planning, execution, and interpretation of TID and SEE tests are provided through collaborative partner facilities.
